Usually my car gets washed after an oil change. Surprised it was not washed and the mileage sticker missing. I've visited the Lou Sobh service department 20+ times over the last 5.5 years. I've never had anything remotely close to approaching a bad experience. Si Haagen to which no response was received -- Good afternoon Mr. Haagen. My name is Grant Reid and I had my vehicle in for a service yesterday. Since you asked, let me say I was not very impressed with the service I received. I have 3 issues I would like to draw to your attention. Firstly, I own or have owned several leased cars and have never been told that an air filter on a leased vehicle is not covered by the lease agreement service package, when it is needed. Secondly in 8 years that I have owned leased cars in the US and had them in for their mandatory service, I have never received the vehicle back without it at least being put through the wash. I know this is a trivial point, but it has honestly never happened to me that I received the car back dirty without a quick wash when I had it in for a service. Lastly I was informed today, that my vehicle has a recall on it, this was not mentioned to me yesterday. It really would have saved me a lot of time if it could have had this issue dealt with yesterday, rather than me having to make a second visit to your dealership. Instead, I got a call today advising me that I need to come back to your dealership so the recall issue can be rectified. This seems like not the greatest customer service if I may say so! In closing, I would like you to know that I would not have bothered you with this info, had you not asked, but I can say that I was surprised by the wash and filter story and actually mentioned this fact to my wife and some friends last night who were also surprised.
