Jake Law was very professional, Explained things well. Only downside to this visit was it took 2 hrs for an express oil change, was told transmission fluid was low, but did not add any. I liked the car. After looking the car car he didn’t even ask me whether I am ready to buy it. I really wanted to buy it but he rushed me to buy it. Multi-point inspection failed. Inspection indicated brake pads remaining at 4mm and 5mm, with the brake service needed in the future. I verbally confirmed with the service adviso Inspection indicated brake pads remaining at 4mm and 5mm, with the brake service needed in the future. I verbally confirmed with the service advisor that the brakes were inspected and were found to be within acceptable range, but would need to be changed at the next service. 10 days and approximately 500 miles after the service was completed, I heard the noise of the brakes scraping. Upon inspecting the both rear brakes that evening, I saw no pad remaining. I decided to not return to this dealership for corrective action because of the egregiousness of this mistake on a routine vehicle inspection. I will not return to Lou Sobh service center in the future. I simply cannot trust the service. I had the brakes serviced at a service center I trust back in my hometown over an hour away at a cost of over $1,000 (pads, rotors, and labor). More
