Wish they took appointments even for Express Service. The waiting situation is less than ideal and an hour plus just for an oil change. There are many people waiting and not many spaces to be. When it is 90 plus degrees outside have something more than hot drinks. The fridge in the one area (perhaps for water) was empty. I guess you have to be buying a car to get a water. LOL. I had to wait in the showroom area as everywhere else was filled. People working there seem like they are waiting for the day to be over. Be friendly to all people...a smile costs zero dollars. More
