The experience was a perfect one. ....again! This dealership is a true benchmark of how service departments should operate. They are consultative in their approach and come across a ....again! They are consultative in their approach and come across as an honest advocate for what is best for the customer's vehicle. Service departments need to generate revenue but in past experiences at "other places", my feeling was that revenue generation trumped all else - creating a negative experience and a feeling of mistrust.
