Heather Cullen is a great Service specialist, and her friendliness and care make us feel like she's a family member making sure we receive VIP treatment. Service rates are reasonable and realistic, given the confidence that we have in the quality of work. We took our old CRV here after they opened, and they kept it running great, feeling "like new" even though it was over a decade old! When we purchased our new CRV, our experience with Service here is the main reason we chose to buy it from Lou Sobh. More

My husband took our car for our 1st service. He called first to see if an appointment was necessary. He was told no. He waited at the dealership over 2 hours. He noticed our car out in the parking lot and goes to the service desk and asked if it was ready. They could not find the paperwork after several attempts mr find the service tech that signed in our car. Finally they found the invoice. The invoice amount and the emailed check list that sent had 2 different dollar amounts. The whole visit seem unorganized and a bit frustrating. More
