Arrived with an emergency issue late in the afternoon (sudden engine issues and "Christmas tree" of warning messages about a mile away from dealer, so I went straight there). They were able to check me in quickly and even give me a courtesy ride home. As promised TALIN followed up the next morning and gave me the "good" news (it was a sensor vs. engine issues), and also suggested an alignment and rotation (which we did need). Also checked for any outstanding CRV recall issues (none for our VIN). Service was quick and we're back to having a reliable Honda. Very satisfied. Lou Sobh always treats us as highly valued customers. More

Car problems always happen at the most inconvenient times. I had to go into work the day I approved my car repairs. They gave me a rental for the day at no extra charge.
