My Service tech, Jimmy quickly identified and ordered the defective part my Pilot needed. When I brought the vehicle in, the new part was replaced and the vehicle was returned to me ahead of the estimated t defective part my Pilot needed. When I brought the vehicle in, the new part was replaced and the vehicle was returned to me ahead of the estimated time originally given to complete the repair. Jimmy and the service department were excellent. I highly recommend my service advisor Jimmy Harris and the Lou Sobh service for your service needs. More

I used the Costco car buying option when I purchased my car and Heather completed the process online for me (and my son) so when we come in for future service, we have the savings info at our fingertips! I love being able to trust my service rep and my salesperson! I will keep coming back! Nice to have the free car wash as part of the service, too. More
