Lou Sobh Honda

I was in the market for a 2021 Honda Odyssey Touring and made an appointment.. with Mr Mikhail Melomed and Ms Kim Carr, sales consultants. When I arrived at the dealership I was warmly greeted by the recept made an appointment.. with Mr Mikhail Melomed and Ms Kim Carr, sales consultants. When I arrived at the dealership I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who asked me if she could help me. I said yes and said. I had an appointment to see Mr. Melomed or Ms. Carr. Mr. Melomed was paged. Mr. Melomed appeared immediately introducing himself to me. We sat down and explained to him what vehicle I was interested in seeing. I said I wanted to see the Odyssey Touring and the Odyssey EX-L. After being demonstrated both models, I decided that the Touring model fit my needs best. I was shopping for my daughter and explained that to Mr Melomed. Two days later my daughter came to the dealership and met with Mr. Melomed. My daughter decided on the Touring model. Two days later, today, my daughter purchased the vehicle. In the meantime before today Mr. Melomed and Ms. Carr gave instructions to my daughter on how to apply for the auto loan. Everything went smoothly and the purchase was made. The vehicle was delivered after being detailed. Mr. Melomed described in easy terminology all of the vehicle’s features. If I or my family are in the market again for a new Honda vehicle Lou Sobh Honda will be my preferred dealer and my sales consultants will be Mr. Melomed and/or Ms. Carr. I brought my Honda Pilot in for the 15,000 mile service and had an oil change and the tires rotated and balanced. I called Justin to say here we go again...low tire pressure!! In a new development and nails and screws are all over the road....drives me crazy...! Poor Justin has to listen to me!! Long story short, I needed 2 new tires due to where the screw and nails where located. (he took a picture to show me) I was outta there within 1/2 hour!
