Initial call on the dead battery the individual we talked to wanted us to call a towing service and bring the car in. On the second call Talin was able to assist us and let us know that the car was under wa to wanted us to call a towing service and bring the car in. On the second call Talin was able to assist us and let us know that the car was under warranty and they would handle getting the car towed and fixed. Really appreaciate his assistance in this as the first individual had no clue! More
