Horrible experience; still trying to fix their financial screw up. I purchased a vehicle in May of 2020, paid over 2/3rds in cash; somehow they put the vehicle in my husband's name and I have absolutely no screw up. I purchased a vehicle in May of 2020, paid over 2/3rds in cash; somehow they put the vehicle in my husband's name and I have absolutely no rights as far as ownership. Just reported their actions to a federal government agency. I request they fix their mistake, but they have not done so. End result: I paid for a vehicle, it is not titled in my name and I have to ask my husband to make any inquires regarding the warranty protection; because it also is in his name, although I wrote a check out of my personal account to pay for it. More
