Heather was professional, thorough, and proactively informative. I was very impressed by her consultative to approach with regards to new tire requirements. She explained that I did not need them unti informative. I was very impressed by her consultative to approach with regards to new tire requirements. She explained that I did not need them until the next service visit, instead of pushing for the service right then and there, and used the moment to suggest alternatives for review. That sealed the deal for me and I will be purchasing tires when I come in for my next service visit instead of from an outside company. I was impressed by the entire operation and the people there.
