low oil Heard noise. Had quick flash of low oil pressure warning. Checked oil and dipstick showed none. Called service. Justin was able to take me in quickl Heard noise. Made note to monitor oil level. Happy no big problem but 15% warning did not come on yet, when oil out. I was told it doesn't monitor levels. That is no good. Could have had major engine damage More

Unfortunately, we could not come to terms on a price since the dealer added a "Honda Certification" fee and $798 doc fee to the list price. After purchasing three Honda certified vehicles in the last few years, this was the first time a dealer added a fee to the list price. Disappointed but impressed with Ms. Jorge. More

However, none of the local dealers had the color and trim level that I wanted for the Honda CRV EX-L Hybrid. This vehicle has just been introduced to the market, so I expected I might have to wait a while. In the meantime, out of curiosity, I sent an internet inquiry to Lou Sobh Honda. Within minutes, I received a call from Tom. We discussed the vehicle. My only reservation was that I did not want to make a seven-hour round trip to get a car. No problem, said Tom. My wife and I will drive it up to you. Voilà. I had my Honda. Thank you so much. It is wonderful meeting such nice people. More
