My experience with Honda service in Florida was so disappointing in comparison that I decided to incorporate service visits with Lou Sobh into my periodic visits to Atlanta. That’s how good it is! Great inventory of vehicles allowed us to get the exact vehicle we wanted. Jim went over all the bells and whistles of the vehicle as well as giving us a tour of the dealership. Which may have the cleanest service area we have ever seen. No question that Lou Sobh and Jim Walendziak will be the first stop we we purchase our next vehicle. More

More than 5 years, since its opening, we are using Lou Sobh Honda dealership for regular services and repair of our two Honda Accords. It is just pleasure to be there. Lou Soub Honda Sets the Standard for Customer Service Have been going to Lou Soub almost at the inception of its existence. My Truck is getting older and thru the years has needed different service on man Have been going to Lou Soub almost at the inception of its existence. My Truck is getting older and thru the years has needed different service on many levels. Although every service rep that I have the pleasure of working with, has been the most professional, and knowledgeable in the honda environment. Personally, I enjoy having one to one , and my pick has been with Heather. She is always keeping me informed , giving me the best deal possible, plus will go out of her way to make sure that I'm as comfortable while waiting, and just feel she has my best interest at the forefront. Even questions that has arisen thru the Honda online Site, was directed to her, and called me from work on her time to answer questions that the Chat representative could not answer. The communication is always there as needed whether it be online, or in person. Even if its a service that is outside the Honda service area, Honda employees have some lead contact path which they feel is best for you to follow based on your choice of course. Thanks to all of you at Lou Soub Honda from the front door receptionist to the Latte machine repairman for making my truck up keep needs as painless as possible. Special Thanks for Heather giving me so much of her time answering questions, and helping me keep my vehicle maintained for many more years of use. Let me add that the waiting room has the best TV channels to watch, Comfortable seats and plenty of car choices to look at in their lobby. Clean and Comfortable.
