Incompetent Completely dissatisfied with this dealership in general. Purchased a lemon from them 3 years ago and had Notting but trouble with the car. Spent multiple hours on travel and sitting in the waiting area to not have any type of satisfaction for any of the issues I was having. Needless to say left this dealership to go to Milton Martin in Gainesville and with the help of Tot Ingram we got multiple of the issues fixed. Fast forward to Monday...husband stops to order a part only because this dealership is on the way home. Orders the part...pays for the part and the service.personel says they will ship it to our home. Yesterday, get a call telling me part was in and I explained it was to be shipped per the conversation my husband had on Monday, person on phone says no we don't ship. Frustration sets in and I politely say we will be by to pick it up. Stop in today, I have written this review while standing and waiting on the 5 dollar part that apparently can't be located plus and additional 20 mins of waiting before writing this. Outcome is they shipped it, yet noone called to tell us so we came down for no reason. More wasted time and gas on this dealership. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. My advice would be travel a little further to Gainesville and get GREAT customer service. More

My experience with Honda service in Florida was so disappointing in comparison that I decided to incorporate service visits with Lou Sobh into my periodic visits to Atlanta. That’s how good it is!
