Service Department is the best Lou Sobh Honda Service Department is excellent. The customer is always welcomed with a friendly face and always with respect. The service manager keeps you abreast of the service and always asks about additional recommended services with estimate for work before starting.. I have been working with Heather Cullen for years and she is absolutely wonderful! I also was met by Jimmy when I arrived for this visit and he was very helpful and friendly! Their cost for work is always competitive. I use to believe that the dealerships were always two times more than average for repairs/maintenance, but not here. Excellent! More
