Excellent Car Buying Experience My husband and I visited Lou Sobh Honda after shopping online for the right SUV for our family. We live about 65 miles away, therefore, there were other dealerships that we went to prior to our visit at Lou Sobh. Our experience with the other dealerships were not the greatest and resulted in a lot of aggravation and frustration. When my husband found the vehicle online at Lou Sobh Honda, we were a little reluctant to go and check it out based off of our prior experiences with other dealerships. After all, did I mention that we're located about 65 miles away and what a disappointment it would be to have the same awful experience. Long story short, I'm ever so glad that we took the trip! Because of Sean Godwin, this car buying experience was absolutely amazing! He even agreed to "babysit" our 6-year-old while my husband and I completed the paper work with the finance manager, Tyler Cochran, who also exemplified great customer service. Sean Godwin, thank you so much for your prompt communication, transparency, friendliness, professionalism and any other adjective that I may have left out to describe your stellar customer service.
