They gave me a report that indicated the issue and I took it to Advanced for replacement. No hassles or pressure to buy, which is unique to dealerships. Service with an Unexpected Upside My Son took his car into get service, and advised he was waiting for the car, however, there must have been a miscommunication. After a couple of hours had passed, and past the time he was told it would be ready, he needed to go to work. He called me (Dad) to come an pick him up and take him to work, when I spoke to the Service Advisor, they acknowledge the time, however, they though he left it and wasn't waiting. Once they found out he was still there, they completed his service in a timely fashion, he made it to work, a little late. As an apology for the confusion, they gave us a free oil change on them, the next time... I didn't ask for it, they did it just because... and that is the reason for my rating. They didn't do anything wrong, it was just a miscommunication (probably on my Son's side, you know how teenagers are...) regardless, they created an unexpected upside... so Thank You. More

Surprise Service While I was gone on vacation my adult son borrowed my car. He called me after two weeks to say the battery was dead. I told him to take it to Lou Sobh While I was gone on vacation my adult son borrowed my car. He called me after two weeks to say the battery was dead. I told him to take it to Lou Sobh Cumming and let them check it out. He suggested it would be quicker (for him) to just go to Auto Zone and let them install a new one. I emphasized that I "always" use the dealer for all my automobile servicing and that he should go to the dealer as I suggested. He reported to me later that the dealer (Service Advisor Bonnie) had checked out the battery and it was indeed dead and needed to be replaced. She found that it was covered by the dealer warranty so we received a new battery from Honda. Thank you More

Quick and Easy I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation service for my 2015 Honda C-RV. Appointment scheduling over phone was easy and they help me get the time slot that works best for me. In my prior visits, I mentioned about the some noise coming from driver window because of run channel was making noise. At that time the vehicle was under warranty but the issue was not found and they were unable to fix the problem. I mentioned the same issue again during my last visit, and they (i guess Heather Cullen) told me that as this was an existing issue that was mentioned in my previous visits, so they will replace the run channel for free, even though the vehicle was out of 3 yrs warranty period. This goodwill and excellent customer care is really appreciated. I got the call back again for the run channel replacement/installation and again it was good experience. Although, the problem was not fixed as they ordered an incorrect part, which is acceptable as such things happen. They have ordered the new part and hopefully I will get it installed/replaced soon Overall I am satisfied and would recommend my friends to avail the good customer care and service offered by Lou Soubh Dealership and their customer service associates. More
