An example of Great Service I visited Lou Sobh Honda after receiving a call from Luke who inquired about my interest in upgrading my 2014 Honda Pilot Touring to a 2017 version. I I visited Lou Sobh Honda after receiving a call from Luke who inquired about my interest in upgrading my 2014 Honda Pilot Touring to a 2017 version. I loved my car and I wasn’t really interested, but I figured it doesn’t hurt to look. Luke was also very understanding, not aggressive at all and very transparent from the start which was a great sign of things to come. When I arrived, Luke showed me the features of the 2017 model. I then spoke with Tyler, the Sales Manager and explained my situation. He worked hard to get me a very great deal and even lowered my payments in the process! I then spoke with Bob, the Senior Finance Manager, who talked me through the paperwork and got me on my way. The service was phenomenal and the time it took from my arrival to my departure was great. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a smooth process with such great people who truly cared that I left the lot with a great impression. I ended up driving away with a brand new 2017 Honda Pilot Touring with all of the accessories I wanted. More importantly, however, was that I ended up driving away with a great impression on how great Lou Sobh’s customer service and overall experience could be. More
