I really think it Honda’s way, I was on vacation in Florida over the summer, got a screw in my tire. I first went to tires plus and the want to sell me a new tire, right the bat. Not even the same one I had. I left and found the closest Honda dealership, drive in they were friendly and wanted to help. They said they would take a look at it,if they could fix it it would be $15.00 if they couldn’t they would come talk to me. I made myself comfortable with a drink they gave me and a snack. A shot time later the gentleman came out and said they fixed my tire. I paid and was on my way. When I was driving home I noticed a different sticker on my window. I checked my oil maintenance screen,when I left for Florida I was at 70% oil life. I was at 100%. I was so impressed😊 That just goes to Honda is pretty amazing in customer service! I work in customer service too. Lou Sobh,Honda is the best! More

Service department had clear understanding of service I had scheduled on-line. Work was done in reasonable time, expected time. All service personnel were polite, friendly and professional. Enjoyed their freshly ground coffee machine to treat myself to a latte while waiting. Check-out was easy. Work done was documented. Inspection results clearly stated. Car was exterior washed and waiting for me to drive easily out. More
