No pressure sales and a great service department I just bought a 2016 CRV from Dave Ayres at Lou Sobh and was very pleased with his no pressure sales approach. I visited the showroom at least 4 times over several months before making my purchase decision. Each time he was extremely patient and accommodating! He really knows how to deal with a picky, indecisive customer. He never once tried to pressure me and seemed to want to make sure that I ended up with the right car for me. I also decided to buy at Lou Sobh because I have been very impressed with their service department. I kept bringing my 2009 Honda Odyssey van to them and was often told that I was being giving bad advice by another repair shop. I was actually told that I did not need the repairs the other shop was recommending - now that's what I call an honest service department! I also found that their prices for necessary repairs were very reasonable and fair. More

Sales Service David Smith, Manager was supportive and conveyed the dealerships interest in it's customer. Finance Director: was efficient. Service Center: A 3 hour Installation of our Tow package took 6.5 hours. Service Center employees never initiated any information, they were neither helpful nor responsive. Service Center: After the 6.5 hour installation their work was never reviewed by or for us. We are missing the Storage Area 'Floor Mat, and a bumper-to-frame attaching button. Service Center: I hope and expect this was an unusual occurrence. More
