Not a great experience. The final charges ended up being about $20 more than the estimate even though no additional work was done than what is on the estimate, I needed wi The final charges ended up being about $20 more than the estimate even though no additional work was done than what is on the estimate, I needed wiper blades and was told they were out of stock, but to come back the next day 'it would take 5 minutes to pop them on'. I was there for 25 minutes. So because I had to make the additional trip back to the dealership, I was given the privilege of paying extra and extra time for inconvenience. No discounts given and none offered as acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused by the service/parts department. And the car was not washed as promised. More
