I've been a service dept. customer since Lou Sobh Honda opened at this location on Buford Road several years ago. My 2006 Honda Civic has always been well taken care of here. customer since Lou Sobh Honda opened at this location on Buford Road several years ago. My 2006 Honda Civic has always been well taken care of here. This time I had to have it towed because it wouldn't start. Jennifer was very helpful in getting me an appointment and handling all communications prior to Jake, the service technician, getting started on diagnostics and service of my car. Jake let me know what needed to be done to get my car back on the road. Fortunately, all it needed was a new battery, and not a new starter and/or alternator like I was thinking from reading online! The shuttle driver was a very nice man, who came to retrieve me when my car was ready. He drove carefully and was a good conversationalist, too.
