Lou Sobh's service staff and manager worked very hard to figure out the problem with my 2014 Honda Pilot. I felt comfortable that I was getting the best help I could ask for. I came in on a Friday evening, and there was a slow leak with one of my tires. Turned out to be the infamous nail in tire scenario. The tires weren’t in stock so I left my car at the dealership to be safe. with one of my tires. Turned out to be the infamous nail in tire scenario. The tires weren’t in stock so I left my car at the dealership to be safe. John kept me posted and the moment the tires arrive on Tuesday after a holiday weekend, they were quickly installed. Allowing for my husband to get the car and make it to my daughter who had to get a permit retainer put in….So glad Lou Sobh Honda is so close and easy to work with. More
