The employees were attentive and helpful and clearly explained the services performed in such a way that I could understand what was done and what the resultant outcome was. Last two times I've taken my car in the service has been off. This last time they took my car to the car wash after service and never brought it back. I had to find it locked up in the back parking lot( bl off. This last time they took my car to the car wash after service and never brought it back. I had to find it locked up in the back parking lot( black top) felt like 100 degrees. Service Manager David did help me and apologized. They weren't that busy either. More

I have never had a bad experience with the service department. They are always professional, knowledgeable and polite. Adam Gurreri assisted me on my visit a couple of days ago. I was in a bind, ha department. They are always professional, knowledgeable and polite. Adam Gurreri assisted me on my visit a couple of days ago. I was in a bind, had a nail in my tire and air leaking. It was a Saturday, I didn't have an appointment and they were obviously covered up with customers. Adam calmly and politely checked me in, assured me they could help me and gave me an estimate of time. They beat the estimate by 10 minutes, washed my car and sent me on my way. Very exceptional service department. More
