I was in a bind, had a nail in my tire and air leaking. It was a Saturday, I didn't have an appointment and they were obviously covered up with customers. Adam calmly and politely checked me in, assured me they could help me and gave me an estimate of time. They beat the estimate by 10 minutes, washed my car and sent me on my way.
