Anthony was super helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered my questions about my last visit. I questioned if the price was correct because it was lower than what I was quoted last time I was in for my first oil change. My previous service tech quoted me $210 to service both of my differentials on my 2024 CR-V AWD which wasn't due for 4,000+ miles and tried to stress that this was an immediate need service. I told the tech I would hold off on the service at that time and would return at 15,000 miles when it was due. When I was checking out with Anthony, the price was almost half of the previous quote and I questioned if the price was correct. He walked me through everything and explained that only the rear differential needed to be serviced at 15,000 miles and the front would be serviced when the transmission fluid needed to be changed at 30,000 miles. I'm not going to lie, this made me question the other service tech and if he was trying to get me to spend unnecessary money for services that didn't need to be completed. I will return to the dealership and work with Anthony as my preferred service tech going forward. More

The service was great, but they accidentally forgot to reset the oil change reminder. After driving a few miles, I received a reminder for an oil service.
