I am constantly amazed at how well Honda dealerships work with female car owners. Having dealt with Ford and Chevrolet Service dealerships, I can guarantee there is a definite sexism in place within car dea with female car owners. Having dealt with Ford and Chevrolet Service dealerships, I can guarantee there is a definite sexism in place within car dealers. I have worked with Honda dealerships in Illinois (1) and in GA (2) and have never experienced a "snide" comment, a "talking down" attitude, or any type of indicator that the rep isn't happy to answer any questions and to make sure I have a positive customer service experience. This was a "simple" oil change, but, Rosie is "my" baby and I do my best to understand all the nuances of Ridgeline care and upkeep. The customer service representative took the time to walk through what was done, what items were checked over during the oil change, and made sure I was satisfied before he moved on to the next client. Based on the past 18 years of Honda purchases, I do not anticipate purchasing anywhere else. It was a simple oil change today, but, I know that the Honda Team will be available to address any future questions or concerns I might have. Thanks very much!! More

I can’t say enough good things with Lou Sobh Honda Service Dept. We bought our used Pilot at a different dealership but for the 3 years we’ve owned it we have been taking it to Lou Sobh for normal ser Service Dept. We bought our used Pilot at a different dealership but for the 3 years we’ve owned it we have been taking it to Lou Sobh for normal service. They literally treat it like their own and like we had bought it there. Always fast and friendly and keeping you updated. This last visit was especially over the top with the service we received from Heather. She went out of her way by finding me options with a situation with a warranty company. Long story short they absolutely valued me as a customer and made it right. Give them a try. You will be amazed. More

Service dept is very helpful and knowledgeable. I think that the dealership needs to offer free battery replacement when work is being done. This would be a perk that would be great for customers.
