My husband took our car for our 1st service. He called first to see if an appointment was necessary. He was told no. He waited at the dealership over 2 hours. He noticed our car out in the parki He called first to see if an appointment was necessary. He was told no. He waited at the dealership over 2 hours. He noticed our car out in the parking lot and goes to the service desk and asked if it was ready. They could not find the paperwork after several attempts mr find the service tech that signed in our car. Finally they found the invoice. The invoice amount and the emailed check list that sent had 2 different dollar amounts. The whole visit seem unorganized and a bit frustrating. More
