Very disappointed with the dealership recommending a coolant flush just a few months after the service was completed in July. Had I not had my receipts handy from this summers service, I would have agr coolant flush just a few months after the service was completed in July. Had I not had my receipts handy from this summers service, I would have agreed to an unnecessary service that would have cost me hundreds of dollars. The only thing was the overflow coolant reservoir was empty, and they never did fill that up. I’ve had multiple Hondas for 28 years. I want to be able to trust my Honda Service center. It’s why I pay a premium to have them work on my car. More

On Thurs Nov 21, I called service, spoke with a male employee and made an appt for Tues Nov 26 at 10am for my CRV recall work. On Mon Nov 25, I called to confirm the appt and spoke with Heather. She co employee and made an appt for Tues Nov 26 at 10am for my CRV recall work. On Mon Nov 25, I called to confirm the appt and spoke with Heather. She could not locate the appt. I was also told that you cannot make an appt for the recall work and have to call in every day to see if parts are available because they never know what Honda is sending, if any ... wow, how crazy is that! Heather later called back and told me 15 came in that day (Mon) but I couldn't make an appt for the repair beacuse it's first come, first served. I immediatly drove over for the repair. My first comment is that if the dealership cannot manage a scheduled appt, there is no hope for a rating above 1 star. My second comment is that either Honda or the dealer should be embarrased that you don't know what is coming in and cannot sched an appt for a recall on a safety item. I feel like either Honda or the dealer are dropping the ball on this and I've never encountered this lackadasical approach with any prior recalls. Heather was very helpful and explained what I described above. She was not the person that made my original appt. Overall, very disappointed on my first service experience for a new 2025 CRV. More
