Great Service I had a great experience at Lou Sobh on Monday. I had a warning light I wanted checked out and made a 7 am appointment. After assessment - they told I had a great experience at Lou Sobh on Monday. I had a warning light I wanted checked out and made a 7 am appointment. After assessment - they told me it was my alternator and my radiator was also leaking and I needed rear brakes. It was expensive but all of these things made sense. I got my nice loaner car and went to work. I was very happy when I picked up my car hours later when I saw the technician had been able to correct some damage to the front right area from an accident with a deer some months ago when he replaced the radiator. it looks MUCH better - bonus! More

When I arrived, I was promptly met by Tala Sar, who was my tech from start to finish. I decided to get an oil and filter change while I had the car there. The projected time for completion was 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes, and my cell phone rang right at an hour. I asked Tala is he could connect my cell phone to the computerization on the console and within 3 minutes he had me connected. My entire experience on October 6th was very very positive. More
