Very unhappy with how they responded to my air conditioner issue. Treated me like I didn’t know how to work the unit and that’s why it wasn’t cool! Still isn’t cool but I’ve been done this way at conditioner issue. Treated me like I didn’t know how to work the unit and that’s why it wasn’t cool! Heather was great! She kept me updated whenever she got new information on my Pilot! She had numerous techs working on it to try to figure out what the problem was.
