Very unhappy with how they responded to my air conditioner issue. Treated me like I didn’t know how to work the unit and that’s why it wasn’t cool! Still isn’t cool but I’ve been done this way at conditioner issue. Treated me like I didn’t know how to work the unit and that’s why it wasn’t cool! Heather was great! She kept me updated whenever she got new information on my Pilot! She had numerous techs working on it to try to figure out what the problem was. Hea She kept me updated whenever she got new information on my Pilot! She had numerous techs working on it to try to figure out what the problem was. Heather put me in a rental to go home with which was very nice! When I got my car back it was very clean and ready to go!
