Be aware of this dealership. They run a “bait and switch” operation posting an internet price that they will not honor and will hit you with a 10% “market adjustment” price increase after arrival. All this occurred after I had reached out regarding a particular vehicle’s availability, which provided an ample opportunity to disclose this pricing policy. We only learned of the falsely listed price after my wife drove an hour to test drive it and began to negotiate. What makes it even worse is when I voiced my frustration with the the internet sales manager Sean Godwin, he couldn’t have been more dismissive and smug. His response was “Well, in all honesty, we never discussed price prior to your wife arriving and all the KIA dealerships are charging over MSRP”. I will never do business with a dealership that behaves like this. More

Another great service experience at Lou Sobh Kia. This is the second car I've bought there. I have had it almost 2 years and all my servicing has been done by them.
