Louisville Infiniti gets a 5 STAR rating from the Runkels! We have purchased 20 vehicles in our lifetime and I can say without a doubt that our most recent purchase of an Infiniti QX30 at Louisville Infiniti h We have purchased 20 vehicles in our lifetime and I can say without a doubt that our most recent purchase of an Infiniti QX30 at Louisville Infiniti has been by far the absolute best car buying experience that we have ever had. Our 2nd best was at another Infiniti dealer in Indiana. It must be something about Infiniti Dealerships! We worked closely with Natalie Parrish, Kristopher Clarkson and Victor Chavez. Natalie and Kristopher both provided us with a sincere appreciation for the Infiniti cars and put our mind at ease in knowing the car was worth the 120 mile one way trip to see. Once we arrived, the purchase process went seamlessly. Victor created a positive finance experience unlike any we have experienced. Normally, we are not ones to keep the dealer license plate ring on our cars, but this was such a positive experience that I’m proud to have it on the car. Great car buying experience I had been "soft-looking" for a car for about a year. I kinda knew that when I saw what I wanted I would know it and act on that impulse. Well, after about a month of very careful and patient handling, the Infiniti dealership sales crew came up with a gem at the price level I was wanting to buy.
