The experience was a great even with some delays. Lowery's made it right without me having to ask. This is the first vehicle I purchased online/over the phone. Diego was easy to communicate with and Lowery's made it right without me having to ask. This is the first vehicle I purchased online/over the phone. Diego was easy to communicate with and even did a video test drive and walk around of the vehicle. I felt extremely comfortable buying the van for my business. Took a one way flight from Cincinnati, OH and will be driving back with a good deal and great customer service experience. Mike in financing was very efficient and made sure I was taken care of on every detail. The owner even got involved with some concerns and this team exceeded expectations. As a people leader myself for many decades with sales and management, I can attest the is what great service looks like. I will definitely look at the inventory here for any future needs. More
