I was so impressed by the service department when we purchased a used Cadillac recently that I changed service providers even though the drive would be longer. My 2017 Chevrolet Silverado was due for Transmission, Front and Rear Differential and Transfer case service. Kirk Tajirian bundled all the service thereby reducing the overall cost. Best was that he took a picture of the tubes showing the color of the transmission fluid being removed versus the new fluid going in. He also reported the condition of the lubricants in the differentials and transfer case. Kirk was very friendly, customer oriented and knowledgeable. I will be calling to schedule a service appointment for my 2011 Camaro soon. More

Mallory and the service team were amazing! Jason Colley was extraordinary to work with! He's a no pressure saleman with tons of knowledge about the cars they carry. He was expedient with the test drive process as well as the purchasing process. Megan, in the finance department, was also very efficient and knowledgeable. She made the signing and loan process easy peasy! Although I did not care for some of the "dealer add-ons", I understand that margins are tight and they've had to be creative with ways to increase their profit. None of that was the fault of Jason or Megan who both handled my objections with grace and professionalism. The streamlined approach to selling cars at Loyalty is exemplary as compared to other (unnamed) dealers I visited and considered in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area. The 50 minute drive to Williamsburg was well worth it and I highly recommend Loyalty! Thank you for a wonderful experience and I love my new (used) car!! More
