Jason Colley was extraordinary to work with! He's a no pressure saleman with tons of knowledge about the cars they carry. He was expedient with the test drive process as well as the purchasing process. Megan, in the finance department, was also very efficient and knowledgeable. She made the signing and loan process easy peasy! Although I did not care for some of the "dealer add-ons", I understand that margins are tight and they've had to be creative with ways to increase their profit. None of that was the fault of Jason or Megan who both handled my objections with grace and professionalism. The streamlined approach to selling cars at Loyalty is exemplary as compared to other (unnamed) dealers I visited and considered in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area. The 50 minute drive to Williamsburg was well worth it and I highly recommend Loyalty! Thank you for a wonderful experience and I love my new (used) car!! More

Nikki Harmon set up my courtesy ride home and I was picked up in a timely manner after my service was complete. Great courtesy transportation. I found a hood bumper missing after the service and Nikki picked up in a timely manner after my service was complete. Great courtesy transportation.
