I always enjoy my visit to Loyalty Chevrolet Cadillac. Nikki Harmon is always my service advisor, and she is always so wonderful!! I had my check engine light come on recently and called and made an appointment for the next afternoon, which was the first opening. Nikki saw me on the schedule and called me to see if I could drop it off that morning so they could find out what the problem was and hopefully have it fixed and back to me the same day. That worked out perfectly since a part had to be ordered which she got the same day, and my car was ready when I got to the dealership. I was so grateful for her kindness in doing that since I only have one vehicle and live about 30 minutes away, so that helped me so much with not having to find a ride. Nikki always makes sure I am taken care of and I feel more like family than a customer!! Nikki makes sure I have a ride to work and back to the dealership, and Gary is always very nice and pleasant to talk to when taking me back and forth. And I want to also thank James Cobb (I hope I have his name correct) for going over everything so thoroughly on my car to find the issues and getting them taken care of so that I was able to get my car back the same day. Everyone is so nice and friendly at Loyalty, and I will continue coming back!! Thank you, Nikki, for all of your continued help!! More
