I have a 2018 GMC Sierra with some thing like 75,000 miles plus on her. I started to have a vibration about every 5 seconds. I was thinking my torque converter as going bad. Dealer ship new the problem, I guess this is a common issue especially for the 8 speed transmission which I have. They scheduled me for a transmission flush at 9 AM said it would take 3 hours. I did not get the vehicle until 5 PM. I was shocked at the price over $500. The vehicle is working fine now. Hope it continues. More

I ordered Weather mats for my 22 Buick from GM. It was not too long til time for oil chg so I scheduled the oil chg early so I did not waste a 50 mile trip for just mats. When I went they changed the oil but had sold my mats but said they will order more. So that made me have another trip. Right before Christmas. More

I purchased a new Silverado on 10-6, it broke down on 10-28. Your dealership couldn’t get me in til 11-2 and had my truck until 11-21. I completely understand that mechanical failures happen, thus the 10-28. Your dealership couldn’t get me in til 11-2 and had my truck until 11-21. I completely understand that mechanical failures happen, thus the warranty, what I do find unacceptable is that I use my truck for my business and dealership would not provide a loaner vehicle capable of pulling a trailer, so I was left essentially unemployed for 3+weeks. To add insult to injury my 1st payment was due and made while sitting at your dealership 😡 I also never received any updates about truck unless I inquired in person, in fact the only phone call I ever received was that it was ready to be picked up in 11-21. Complete lack of customer service, and has made me question my brand loyalty, as I’ve purchased 3 new Silverados over the last 5 years. I went into the sales department after my truck had been there for 2+ weeks to see about a similar used truck(lower optioned than mine) so I could get back to earning an income, and your Sales Manager came back with a proposal of me going and additional $9000 in debt, bc I quote(my truck had low trade in value bc it wasn’t functioning properly, and they didn’t know when the repair parts would arrive) 😡 More
