My service was fine for oil change. I’m still trying to get my daughter’s front windshield changed. I was told by sales staff it would be fixed. I waited never heard anything. I called and set appointment with service department. They called and asked if my daughter could bring her car. I told them myself it would take her about 45 minutes. They said that would be fine. She arrived 40 minutes later and window repair man had left. Wasted trip. I’ve called twice since then and spoke with service department once and a lady the second time. Both told me they would get back with me as to when to bring my daughters car back. Never heard a thing. I’ve since been to your service department to have her oil changed. She had 2 changes with purchase. We’ve used only one. When we were there we spoke with service manager again and a service employee at desk with him. I told them both that my daughters windshield has still not been fixed. I also offered to bring my daughters car one evening. Leave it for the next day and pick it up the next evening. They said they would make appointment with safe light and let me know when to bring her car. I still haven’t heard anything. ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR. Sucks right ? I’m still waiting. During this time I’ve purchased myself a truck. Never even considered either of your dealership. Especially Lugoff Chevrolet More

The Service Manager is outstanding! !! I'll I had to do was ask and he made it happen. I asked if my service was free and he checked and found the GM had a offer. He found that GM did ha !! I bypass it and take my buisness to lugoff Chevrolet (service department). Best service department in south carolina. Small outdated but, service is A1.
