Merrisika was very friendly and highly competent. She knew everything about the Toyota hybrids, which is what i came to look at. She also worked with me patiently to select hybrid type and amenities and knew everything about the Toyota hybrids, which is what i came to look at. Merrisika told me clearly that I needed to bring documents to verify our current home address since my license is still from Virginia. No one ever looked at them, though. But this was NOT Merrisika's fault. Some other man came up and i said "oh, here are my residence documents." And he replied "Oh, you don't need those!" It was about a week later that someone called saying that I had forgotten to show them these. So my SUGGESTION: don't have so many people helping a customer. Merrisika alone, with the manager coming in at the very end, and then the finance guy, would have been best. Once Merrisika was helping me, there were too many people asking me if I needed anything answered, etc. You all were very great tolerating my active (but fairly well behaved) children. Thank you. Alicia was very knowledgeable and listened when I said that my heart has always wanted a Toyota Camry. She recognized that my budget could not afford a new Camry and worked with another person to be able that my heart has always wanted a Toyota Camry. When test driving a new Corolla, I was able to be frank with Alicia and let her know that this really wasn't the car for me.
