While it was a stressful time for car dealers,during cash for clunkers,the dealer acttualy violated federal laws and withheld my car for a month. The car I was originally set to purchase, right through until all the paperwork was complete, mysteriously was unavailable and I had to agree to buy the only other car available or walk away empty handed. The dealer made no attempt to truly reconcile or compensate for the stressful nature of this horrible transaction - they actually went out of their way to justify their actions. More

As dealerships go, this one was acceptable. They were friendly, but only a stupid salesperson wouldn't be. I wish I had tried to get the price down, but I'm not a good haggler. The salesperson gave me his direct cell phone number to reach him, which I think he regretted, but he was always polite. I've always heard good things about Lundgren Honda and I knew I would purchase my car there. If I buy another Honda, I will probably go with them, unless someone better comes along. More

First ever transaction for a new vehicle where I didn't feel I needed to take a shower after working with a salesman. The reason I feel this way on the day that I made my first car payment is that from the moment I walked into the dealership till now there has not been one moment of buyer remorse. Buying a car is a little like having a root canal, for most of us we need to do it but fear that it will a painful experience. James however made what could be a stressful experience almost stress free. Taking the time to sit down, and respectfully moving thru he car buying process one step at a time is why I choose to buy here and will recommend that my friends buy here also. More

The woman we worked with (Loisann Ross) was great. She was friendly, not pushy at all and did what she could to help us (even willing to drop off floor mats at my house!). Amenities were good too (child area, waiting area, etc). The only issue I had was the loan we were offered. We were told they would find us the best interest rate, etc and we ended up with an interest rate in the 7s but yet when I went home that evening I found a rate on AAA for 4.5%. So now we have to re-finance. I wish we had just done our own research initially. So overall, I would use this dealership again but not finance through them. More

Overall I had a positive experience with Lundgren Honda. Because of their reputation they were the first dealership that I went too. I did all the initial shopping and test driving as my wife did not want to go through the expected experiences of manipulation, pressure, and apprehension synonymous with car shopping. It's hard enough trying to find the car that "fits" our needs but trudging through the waiting and negotiations of each new salesman was too much for my wife. Then I pulled into Lundgren Honda and the difference was like night and day. This is what car shopping ought to be like. No pressure, very fair prices, but best of all, the staff at Lundgren wanted us to get into a car that WE wanted and be totally satisfied with our purchase. That's exactly what happened thanks to Loisann, Christine, Derek, Jonathan M. and the rest of the staff behind the scenes. It was obvious from day one that these people like what they do and enjoy working with one another. It's true, it was like one big family in there. We look forward to stopping in just to say hi again. More

I recently arranged leasing a CRV for my 80+ year old parents from Lundgren Honda in Auburn MA. This time I was not able to and all I can say is that the folks at Lundgren treated my folks as if they were dealing with their own parents. No pressure for any additional expenses or services. Everything about the transaction was exactly as I has arranged over the phone. My wife and I will soon be looking for a Honda Fit and will certainly work with Lundgren at that time More
