When the transmission on my 2003 Honda Pilot blew 150 miles from home and I realized it was not worth it to fix it (it had 150,000 miles and I drive 180 miles each way to work every week), I knew without miles from home and I realized it was not worth it to fix it (it had 150,000 miles and I drive 180 miles each way to work every week), I knew without a doubt I would purchase my new Honda from Lundgren. I actually purchased the Pilot from a different dealership, 30 miles east, and the customer service in their maintenance division was awful. After the first service at the other dealership, I changed dealerships and have used Lundgren for all my services since 2003, and have always had nothing but excellent customer care. I walked into Lundgren, not having a particular salesperson in mind, and wound up having Jonathan Mason as my salesman. Immediately, I had a very good, very comfortable interaction with Jonathan. He was a great listener and aimed to satisfy. I had a good idea of what I wanted, we test drove a couple versions, and once my decision was made, Jonathan located the car I wanted and had it delivered a couple days later. The no hassle pricing, the customer service in sales and maintenance, the waiting room, and even the bathrooms, everything at Lundgren is about a great experience and they deliver. I would not hesitate to recommend Lundgren, and Jonathan, to any family or friends. More

I had a fantastic experience at Lundgren Honda of Auburn, MA. I was looking for a new vehicle, but wasn't sure what make I would be going with. I was not familiar with the Honda product and walked into Lundgren Honda and was introduced to a sales representative, Fraser Moss. His demeanor immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain how the Honda product line and the manner of business at Lundgren Honda are different from other car makers and dealerships. I did not feel at all "pressured" to buy; rather, I felt I had been given an education on the product and that Fraser wanted me to make the best decision I could for myself with all the information before me. Since my wife was suddenly in need of a new car, we did not have much time to look for a new/used one. We first visited Lundgren Honda in Auburn and met with our salesman Jonathon Mason. Since I was in touch with Jonathan prior to our actual visit, he gathered much information from me, and was fully prepared with a selection of vehichles for us to test drive that fit within our budget. My wife was impressed with the Nissan Sentra she drove. We opted not to purchase at this particular visit, since we wanted to check out several other dealerships to be certain that this was the best buy. After much research and uneasy dealership visits, we went to see Jonathan again. I at this time, test drove the Sentra and was instantly impressed with the car's handling and comfort. This car was priced at several thousand less than all of the dealerships I visited, and best of all there was no negotiation necessary at Lundgren...Which immediately eliminated any anxiety. Jonathan was very professional,knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He even followed up on a few other details (which we didn't catch) without being prompted.
