I have been doing business with Lundgren since I started working in Auburn in 2012. Started with servicing my 2009 Civic and then purchasing a 2014 Civic Ex-L Navi that I loved right up until I brought it f working in Auburn in 2012. Started with servicing my 2009 Civic and then purchasing a 2014 Civic Ex-L Navi that I loved right up until I brought it for service and found out it needed major exhaust repairs. After 196K, it owed me nothing. I was wandering around the lot while the 2014 was being worked on and noticed a beautiful 2023 Civic Sport Touring Hatchback. I asked Jayson Navarro if it was for sale, expecting that it was already spoken for. To my surprise, it was available. They gave me a fair trade for my 2014 even with the work it would have needed. Jayson and Dustin Johnson made the buying process very easy. In fact, Dustin had handled the financing when I bought the 2014 Civic so it was good to work with a familiar, experienced person. I will bring the 2023 back to Lundgren for servicing even though I no longer work nearby. It is worth the extra few miles to go to have peace of mind and to know that they won't BS me about any "extras". Gail Fitzpatrick and the rest of the service team always greet me when I come in and she and I know each other by name at this point. Looking forward to putting lots of quality miles on my new Civic (my fourth one!) and knowing the Lundgren team will be there for me when I need them. More

Over the last 20+ years, I have purchased 5, 6, or even 7 cars from Lundgren and have serviced them at the dealership. Within the last few years, things seemed to have changed at the dealership. Recently, I had oil change performed within the last week or so. A price of $60ish dollars for the oil change, one would think there should be some attention given. But this time seems like it was shoddy work where clips weren't properly re-attached. I called to inquire about it and sent the video into the service department to see. Maybe it's the holidays and people are busy, but I was unable to get resolution. I was willing to pay for my own clip, but I was told after the service manager viewed the video that I had to bring it in and would have to wait. All I wanted was to get a clip, and even willing to pay for it. But, no satisfaction. Bring in the vehicle and I'd have to wait for someone to look to see it, as if the video wasn't clear enough that the clip was not reinstalled after the oil change. I have decided to go to some local auto part store and look for a generic clip and pay out of pocket instead of waiting what would be an appointment four days from now. TBH, somewhat disappointed; Lundgren was always my go to and I've recommended Lundgren and have had many buy from there. I think I'll be forced to take my car to a local repair shop in Worcester (have used them for my kid's used Nissan). We could do better, Lundgren used to do better. As an aside, the service receptionist was excellent in helping me; she asked me why I was calling and helped me get the video to the service team to view. She kept in touch with me all the way thru the end when I realized that it wasn't going to work out. THANKS Ashley. More
