After being a customer for 4 years and dealing with the service team all that time never had a problem until today. Dealing with Dan was awful.....Very rude,disrespectful and not helpful! They helped us narrow down the wide selection of cars to choose from, made the whole financing process simple for us, and had the keys to a new car in my hands within 2 days! From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed by all the staff that I met. i was introduced to Russ Houle who listened carefully to my needs and helped me select a vehicle that was right for me. He generated warmth, friendliness and concern as he spent a lot of time explaining the features on my new car so I would feel confident driving it home to Boston. Staff members were professional and thorough as we worked through the process of purchasing a new vehicle.
