During both of my experiences, Heather was informative, very friendly, and attentive to all of my questions regarding vehicle features, price, and terms. While finalizing the deal, I only had a short window of time to sign the paperwork before getting back to work. When my wife and I decided to start looking for another car, we constantly were worried and on alert for employees putting their own interests before ours. We, like most people, don’t have money to waste right now and buying another needed car was a scary decision to make. Pat didn’t put his interest before ours, and he helped reassure us that wouldn’t happen while we were at this dealership. He took the time to explain to us how the dealership operates and by demystifiying that process, we felt more comfortable weighing his option for our decision. In the end, he was even able to help get us a little wiggle room on the price of the car and the overall experience was a good one. More
