Very good experience. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because I was supposed to get a dollar estimate at what it would take to fix a leaky power steering fluid and I didn't get it. That' More

I later talked to someone in the Service Dept. and probably the reason I didn't get a dollar estimate, etc earlier was that it was a fairly complicated situation with many possible solutions (and thus many different estimates.) So I got all the information I needed in that subsequent conversation. Not a problem.
