The recent service I received on 6/23-6/24 was poor. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am in the morning of 6/23 to resolve noise coming from the rear area of my Subaru Outback, however I waited, at home scheduled an appointment for 11 am in the morning of 6/23 to resolve noise coming from the rear area of my Subaru Outback, however I waited, at home until 4 pm until the technicians could look and diagnose the problem, which stated was uneven tire wear. I accepted that the tires should be replaced, which was completed at the end of 6/24. I cannot entirely blame Victor for the extended time for service as it appears the organization takes in more cars than then can service. I accepted the solution of replacing the tires, which concluded at 4 pm the following day. The next time I schedule service, I will ask when can the technicians work on the car, so I do not have to wait so long. I believe that the noise is not resolved, which has me concerned, as I must leave on a 4000 mile trip this Friday night, 7/9. I will call on the morning of 7/6 to resolve the problem. I note that the receipt of 6/24 does not state that the noise was resolved. More
