The staff were professional from the knowledge I could gather. I have had continuing problems with someone using my vehicle while I am not in attendance, in the past, and recently had body work completed gather. I have had continuing problems with someone using my vehicle while I am not in attendance, in the past, and recently had body work completed at Luther Collision for which I had to pay a $500 deductible. I asked my insurance to cover having the vehicle re-keyed and they refused. I have always asked Luther to refuse anyone, anyone at all who asks for keys to my car and we reviewed this in person at this appointment. I received an absolute guarantee that a key to my car is unavailable to anyone except for me. More

I was skeptical about the drive for oil change without an appointment, but everything went smoothly and efficiently.
