The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there was a screw-up in the ordering of the replacement tire, and the Good job with explanations. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there was a screw-up in the ordering of the replacement tire, and then when I went in on a Saturday to get it on they were unable to do re-alignment and I had to come back a third time. They graciously offered to pick up the car, transport it, and do it, but that was not convenient and gave me a discount on the final work. Their waiting area is great, with both in-door and out-door seating, so a visit there and waiting around is pleasant. More

Very nice new facility. Very fast service; I had two recall fixes, and my car was finished in 1 1/2 hours--half of the anticipated time. Everyone I interacted with (5-6 people) gets a 5-star rating. All were very courteous and helpful; one gave me a ride--his offer--to where I could get lunch. (I could walk back.) The service rep explained everything very clearly and carefully and was very nice. I think it was Mitch, but no Mitch is on the list, so I didn't rate any of the possibilities. Best of all, in addition to getting the fixes with no charge, they washed, apparently waxed, and cleaned my car. It looks like new! (It's 6 years old.) I could not be more pleased with the service. Service was great. Only complaint I have is that whoever parked the car at the pickup area they left the driver's front door wide open. It was raining and the driver's seat was soaking wet.
